These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with Harbor Room Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
When you place an order or submit a request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Harbor Room Studio reserves the right to confirm details, adjust availability, or contact you about your order before fulfillment.
Premade and in-stock items are paid in full at checkout. Custom or made-to-order items may require a deposit to confirm and reserve your order. Deposit and refund terms are set by Harbor Room Studio and shown before you pay. Questions about deposits or refunds? Contact the shop directly. Any remaining balance is due at or before pickup (some shops require it earlier; Harbor Room Studio’s balance terms are shown before you pay). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If you check the text-message box, you agree to receive order updates and transactional text messages (for bookings: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and quote and aftercare updates) from Harbor Room Studio at the number provided. If you also check the separate offers box (“Text me offers and updates from Harbor Room Studio”), you agree to receive marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies.
